- ver 1.03 works well enough for our purposes (we're used to its limitations and how to work around them)
- staff are just starting to get comfortable with 1.03, including our customizations, and we don't have the time & energy to retrain them on ver 2
- we don't have the person-power to plan the programming/data transfer needed to replicate our customizations in ver 2
- we're not early adopters; we figure we'll wait 'til all the bugs are worked out and we hear about others' good experiences to consider switching
