Hi, does anyone know how to customize a report so that I can get not only the contact names of a specific found set but also the Business or Foundation name too?
I would really appreciate it if any of you can get back to me...
You'll need to add the field Business\Organization to your
layout, either as a standard field or a merge field depending on the
way the layout is set up. Note that the fields Name Line, Name Line
Label and Name Line Organization might contain the organization name
depending on the value in the field Record Type. For example, Name
Line contains the individual's name if Record Type is Ind, and the
Organization's name if the value is anything else.
As Walt says, you'll need to have Filemaker and log in using the
master level password.
