My copy of 103 has the same error. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be unless the Go to Layout step really ought to be the Exit Script step that is in the others. >Is this reference to a "missing" layout an error that I should >correct? Certainly at present it seems to do nothing when it is >tripped... Hasn't ever turned up as a problem for me, but if I were sitting where you are, I'd probably make it an Exit Script step. >Also, I'd appreciate someone reminding me of the purpose of this >statement block that is included in so many of the scripts. Can >anyone remind me? The status function Status(Current Mode) returns 0 for browse mode and 1 for Find mode. I expect this trap is intended to keep the user from ending up in find mode on a layout with no fields open for data entry, only buttons. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
