I am having a hard time understanding how to use the soliciation letters. I have been reading the manuels but I don't really understand how they work. Do I format the letters in the layout mode, do I create the letter in the create text from scratch screen when I use the letter button? What's the deal? And can you add more thank you letters and solicitation letters than just 10 for each? Someone please help me!!
