I didn't mean to imply that deleting records using FileMaker commands was the easy way. Because the ebase files are related, it's really important to use the ebase procedures, NOT the Filemaker commands. >Should I just wait until I have FileMaker to delete these files? >I don't know if I used the OSX installer...I just downloaded the program >and installed. There are different installers for OS X, which installs a runtime application suitable for that operating system. I think that installer was posted later than the one for OS 9. Try running ebase in Classic and see if the delete works on OS 9. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
