Ebase does not have any explicit billing functions. It allows you keep track of membership renewal dates and print letters/labels/etc. to initiate the renewal process. It can also track the response to these contacts. It is not an accounting program. You can record payments for events/classes but not get much other than reports of who has taken what and when. In other words you are working on the fringes of what ebase is designed for.
