Sandra, I'm basing my answer on ebase version 1.02, not sure if this is what you have. You can search for all of these things at once. Hit Find, then check your box for Gallery Boards, then go to the requests menu, choose Add New Request, and check your box for donors. Then hit your Find button on the left and it will search for everyone in each of these categories. If someone falls into both, their record will only come up one time. You do not need to use the omit box to do this.
