This class provides an introduction to the functions users will need to know to begin using ebase 2.0. Participants will learn how to navigate ebase, enter data, perform searches, use ebase's item codes, produce letters and reports using MS Word and Excel, and send e-mail messages. The trainer is Holly Ross, TechRocks consultant and trainer extraordinaire.
