I guess I should have expanded on my question a bit. What I'm trying to
figure out is the exact way this process works. I've got an enhanced fiel
and am trying to play around with it. Some of the specific things I'm
wondering are, if there's a script that controls the way ebase pulls data
from the impenh_ file to the Vote/Dem screen, and what is the name and
nature of that relationship.

The gray box is a portal defined on a relationship to the file
impenh_.103. When there is data in that file, with a matching record
number, it gets displayed on the Vot/Dem screen. The usual way people
get data for that file is through the League of Conservation Voters
list enhancement project. Contact the LCV Education Fund office in
your state for details.
