Jon is right, though it is in fact is a bit dependant on the version of ebase you are using. The easiest transition is interestingly enough for users with ebase runtime. Full users with full versions of FileMaker may be prompted to change the 102 files to fm5 format during the install, while the runtime just quietly imports the data. Ether way - you do not need to change to fm5 format prior to starting the upgrade.
