I don't think anyone will presume to have a complete list. Bob posted 
the thesis recently that the number of bugs in a piece of software is 
always x+1. I have a copy of the list of bugs corrected between 1.02 
and 1.03 which I will forward to you in a separate message.

There are some interface changes, bugs got fixed, and the voter data 
integration is handled better. Generally, if the version you are 
using is working, there is no impetus to change. The version 1 
section of the ebase website is available again, so you can download 
a copy of 1.03 and see if it attracts you enough to cause you to move 
in that direction.
