I need to do a study which answers the questions Of the new members resulting from 5 past direct mail campaigns, what percentage have renewed once? What percent twice? And what is the total average donation given by the members of these groups by campaign? Selecting the groups is easy, one at a time, but getting the answers, by group, is confusing to me. Is there some relatively automated way of answering these questions without going through every record, flipping to their payment's screen, and making hatch marks onto paper? Any help is much appreciated.
