Do NOT use recover! This will cause VERY BAD THINGS to happen. You need to
use a backup of your database. If you don't have a recent backup, you'll
need more help than can be provided via e-mail. You'll need help from
somebody with FileMaker and preferably ebase experience to help fix your
problems.
