We have received the names of some individuals who pledge money to our organization through a workplace giving campaign. These workplaces do not release the individual amounts pledged. We have been tracking workplace givers using payroll deduction through pledges until we receive their actual end-of-year amounts. Any suggestions on how to enter the records with unknown amounts. I know another org simply enters $1.00.
