I would like to get our database updated with the National Change of Address Service. However, I am a little confused about how I am going to get that information back into Ebase. I will be providing them with a typical tab-delimited file that only contains the address information for our members. They will update it and send it back to me. Then, how do I take that file and update Ebase? Must I do it manually? What have other folks done? Thanks!
