The value list from which that pulldown gets its values (Source Code) is defined to use values from the fields source code and source code description from solicit_.103. With that definition, the selection and sort of items in the list is fixed. You could, though, define the value list to use a list of values you specify. You'd have to manually update the list, and be very careful to enter the source codes in the list EXACTLY as they appear in the definition.On the PLEDGE SET UP SCREEN, I would like to be able to view the source code's pull down list with the most recently created code at the top of the pull down list, so I don't have to wade through last year's unused codes to get to my current ones. OR, find a way to delete the old source codes just from the pull down list on the PLEDGE SET UP SCREEN. Thanks.
