So the above actually means that the SAFENTRIX Delivery server has a good reputation. As far as "low trust" goes, even within DNSWL, servers are categorized depending on the Service provider. That will automatically change with the passing of time. Looks like you have given SPAMAssassin scores. If you see closely, you will see that it gives a score of "-1". This means that the SPAMAssassin score actually goes down because the IP is in dnswl.org (i.e., it is less likely to be considered as SPAM). I hope this clarifies.
