Hi, 1: Please add your sim card info to http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/FreeRunner_unable_to_work_with_3G_SIM_cards 2: Contact your carrier and request a new SIM card. Older SIM cards are often the cause of this problem. If this doesn't work please let us know.
