I was able to build a version of Qtopia with openssl turned on, I had to edit the configure file as it was explicitly turning it off), I add -ssl to the configure, and had to copy the libssl library to the toolchain. Anyway after installing the build I was able to select SSL encryption in the gmail account settings and receive my mail from gmail. So it is possible. I can put the relevant files up somewhere if anyone needs them. Thats presuming you don;t need the entire build, just the new qtmail app and the libssl stuff. I have to check that everything else still works though, it does seem GSM may not have been built properly. -- Jim Morris, http://blog.wolfman.com _______________________________________________ support mailing list [email protected] https://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/support
