phone won't dial.

Upon incoming call, it displays this:

ogsmd    INFO

for every ring but the phone doesn't actually display any notification of an 
incoming call.

Same for me.  (Optus 3g usim)
Not able to dial.

I can receive calls, but not answer them. Just rings.
