The python-pycairo package in daily-feeds is broken. The package at Angstrom works: http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/feeds/2008/ipk/glibc/armv4t/python/
You'll need to mess around with your /etc/opkg files to get this version rather than the daily-feeds one. Cheers.
