One note about time from cellular networks. AT&T is consistently 30 seconds behind reliable sources. I don't know if it is the (non-open) device's fault or the network. My desktop is NTP'd, and I have checked against other "Atomic" radio clocks. I haven't tried anything with the FR yet.
