Thanks. I actually hope to get wifi working, since wifi here is more likely to be evidence that wifi will work in Israel, while gprs may be harder.
I also didn't see how to turn on the GPS antenna in SHR. I recall seeing it on Settings screen in an earlier distro. I downloaded all the maps for my neighborhood, but tangogps won't come out of this mode where I scroll to the desired place. Since it looks like I'll be on SHR, I subscribed to that specific list.
