   Are you sure you have Internet connectivity at all? Some telcos provide only
access to DNS and proxies for selected protocols. Notice how you DNS servers
are in the subnet 10.0.0.0/8 reserved for local use. What is the IP address
assigned to ppp0? Check with e.g. 'ifconfig ppp0'.

   That's just a dummy address used when your telco doesn't provide one.
