Hi, while trying to get a better feel for the hardware, I tried to disassemble the device while looking at the entries about how to fix the bass problem.
I discovered two screws, one of which was sealed, at the top of the case, but losening both didn't make the cover come off. Instead, it looked like the cover was somehow bolted to the body at two points around the middle of the device. I didn't find out how to remove the cover without using force. Are there any instructions online about mechanically disassembling and reassembling the device without destroying anything? TIA!
