Also on another bug note.... I did notice that the IPSec log page (when cleared via the button) clears the system log page also and jumps you over to that tab.
To try it got to the IPSec log tab on the "system logs" page and select the "clear log" button .... you will see the logs clear and then you will notice that you are on the "system" tab .... and viola ... all "system" logs are gone too.
