I finally got it to work! I had to recycle the modem for a min and then release the IP and renewed it and the WAN IP showed up on WAN interface.

well, your WAN didn't get an IP address (note it's all zeroes?)  Does RR require any kind of account information for the dhcp client?  Some cable ISPs do, some don't...
