I found the -i flag. But where is the script file that starts ntop. Then I
can edit that one. If I restart the fw then ntop would start up on both
interfaces.
I have several LAN interfaces and want to monitor all.

Yep.   We added a multiple interface widget to the package system so
you can hold down the left shift key to select multiple interfaces.
