Found the problem here. Pfsense allowed me to put the network address
into the interface.

Eg: network 192.168.1.96/28
Ip1:192.168.1.96
Ip2:192.168.1.99
VIP:192.168.1.97

So 192.168.1.96 is the network address it works but not correctly.
Should this address not be controlled and not be allowed to be entered
into the console of an interface.
