i've been trying to research this for a while. most vendors who sell crypto cards have crap-for-websites with little to zero information that is useful (since all the world's windows, ya know, and they don't need to know details).
Pricing is a big secret you have to go through a sales critter to get, etc. PITA.
Anyhow, i've read before about the older soekris cards that the benefit you get is not speed but the RNG is better. a modern CPU can do the SSL/IPSEC about as fast. not sure about the current soekris cards.
