For a good test, yes as this will test the hang on boot. We'd like to make sure that it works for those that also have it randomly (probably not terribly random now that I know what was happening) occur if they enable it after boot. If we can get some reports of this working (and not breaking anything else) over the next couple days, we'll merge the change into the RELENG_1 branch.
