Hi,

I tried installing the 0.90 that was on the mirrors this morning on a Dual 1.2 GHz Tualation (a Supermicro P3TDE6) with 4 GB RAM. Both FreeBSD6 and that 0.90 snapshot paniced relatively early in the boot-sequence. Both FreeBSD6 and 0.90 boot with 1 GB and 2 GB RAM on virtually the same hardware.

As this seems to be a FreeBSD-problem (or a problem with those freaky Supermicro-boards), I don't expect a fix anytime soon (or at all). I've bootet a newer Dual Xeon 3.2 with a RC of FreeBSD6.0 (this was one of those "Lindenhurst"-chipsets) and it worked quite good (for the short time before it had to be wiped for W2K3 and then SLES9).

cheers,
Rainer
