You can't upgrade from that version to the latest as we changed the http-server
that runs the webconfiguration. You have to reflash.

I have just upgraded wrap from 94.12 to 96.2,
webconfigurator doesn't start:

Starting webConfigurator... failed!
even restarting it with option 11 of menu, or using rc.restart_webgui
the webconfigurator isn't starting
