Hi all, On one system I'm trying to install pfSense on usb key. The procedure goes ok (lots of synchronize cache failed msgs tho) and I can boot from usb afterward just fine. But if I enable serial port via webui, I cannot boot from usb anymore. Bios just sits there with | (and not spinning /-\| thing indicating the bootloader start). Question: does this 'enable serial port' disables vga console? Because I didn't check if there's something going on on serial ...
On some other older system with rl0 and ep0 cards, I get this message from traffic shaper wizard: "Either your LAN or WAN interface doesn't suport ALTQ. The wizard cannot continue." ... strange. I thought ALTQ is not dependant on nic type? -- Jure Pečar http://jure.pecar.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
