customroot plugin is already enabled in the pfSense build system. The
"customroot" used is the pfSense/ directory taken from the cvs. If you
want to customise your users, just edit the pfSense/etc/master.passwd
properly (i.e.: adding a line for your user with the correct crypted
password).
