I've had VoIP shaping working well for some time. The port based
shaping and packet tagging was not working for me so I just did the
shaping based on the source / target IP for the traffic since I know the
IP that my traffic is coming from or destined for. I can see the
traffic placed in to the proper queues and my call quality has been
great, even when the connection is loaded either up or down.

Hows the optional interfaces and the ability to assign use an IP
address in the VOIP screen working out (besides for the obvious oops
that I made 6 months ago)?
The IP feature is nice. I didn't use the OPT interface since I don't
really care about the bittorrent crap except insofar as it hoses the
VOIP :)
