Sorry. It seemed to be fixed last night, but the problem
(Master-Master) returned for this morning, but anyhow it is only a 
cosmetic thing.
Otherwise CARP + Load balancing is solved. It was my fault, I always
thought that I have to put into the load balancer server/gateway IP the
pfSense boxes WAN IP's, but really I had to put there the WAN routers
IP's in front of pfSense boxes.
