[pfSense Support] Syslog refresh timer

When I view the IPSEC log, the log is constantly refreshing while I  
try to read a section. Is it possible to adjust the "refresh" timer  
on this page? If not, a great feature would be to adjust this timer  
in the Diagnostics:System Logs:Settings.
