Thanks for sharing your experience. Can you describe where it broke during
the install? Or did it seem to install and only fail on boot?
I can install FreeBSD 6.1 to the microdrive using a USB card reader. I have
no way of booting that environment, so I can't tell you that it will work.
But Disc 1 of the FreeBSD 6.1 installation ISO recognizes this drive just
fine, can format it and write to it.
Might our embedded kernel be too "stripped down"? Or is it a full kernel?
