You usually should have no problems but as the packetfilter/natting is 
completely different from m0n0 and pfSense at the backend you should evaluate 
this setup. However I expect it to just work out of the box if you configure it 
the same way like with m0n0. First try this with a single WAN before you switch 
to dual WAN. Maybe loadbalancing is not a good option for this kind of setup 
but policybased routing (throwing half of the customers to WAN1 and the other 
half to WAN2 should work fine). Only keep in mind that there are some 
limitations when it comes to trafficshaping when using multiwan setups.
