Thanks for the response. There are no hubs. Any reason why almost
the same dlink card used for the wan and lan why one of them would be 10/100
and the other not full duplex? This is the wan it is again a dlink card that
says 10baseT/UTP.This card is not much different than the lan dlink card
witch it says is 100baseTX <full-duplex>.I'm still kind of confused by this
all. Please explain. Also thanks for the help. The Only thing that I can
think of is that my mode is a 10Mbps.Im writing this from a remote location,
When I get home I will try straight to a pc from the modem and see what
speed it says that it is....Steve

In case you have a hub somewhere or a link that is not full duplex
collisions are likely. Switches shouldn't cause collisions, hubs can do and
with rising traffic the collisions will rise too.
The error you see is a broken trafficshaper configuration. Did you touch the
config by hand? You should rerun the traffic shaper wizard to get a clean
set again to start with. And also, make sure you are on the latest version
(which RC1 atm).

Hello Pfsense support..
I Just wanted to know if anyone had an idea of why I get some many
collisions on my network. On one install I had over 700,000 collisions.
No I have only 138,792..this seems to gotten better since I have replaced a
switch an enet cable,
MY NETWORK IS a cable modem then pfsense router wan and lan....Then switch
across the building into another switch into a pc...Should two switches
cause collisions??
I'm working on getting the house wired for enet so I wont have there
issues..
