Hi Scott,
I have the same problem. I tried to run
this command and than to reboot, but
the behavior is the same. Rules for OPenVpn are
inserted only when I save ovpn configuration again.

Are you sure your fixes are tag releng_1 coz I still have the same issue
after cvs_sync.sh releng_1.
