They use the fxp(4) driver and work fine with ALTQ as far as I have been able to tell. I have only had 2 issues with them which I am sure are not unique to this card: 1. Very old systems may not boot or enumerate correctly with them installed. This is likely a BIOS problem or because of PCI version requirements do to the card's PCI to PCI bridge. 2.
