After all of the recent talk on cvs_sync.sh breakage with RELENG_1... i think i shot myself in the foot.
On one of my routers here, i've been doing cvs_sync.sh to RELENG_1 for a while... but haven't rebooted the machine. Today, i was messing with some of the traffic shaping settings and the show queues page looked a bit weird. Figured I'd give it a reboot to see if that would fix it... it not only didn't fix the show queues weirdness but also made it so none of the subnets can get out via wan. I know that machine is still connected to the internet because i can ping google from the command line on the pfsense box.
I decided to feed the machine the backup config that i took before i started playing with the traffic shaping settings... no luck! Still can't get out via wan.
So, i figured i'd roll back to RC1 via firmware update... That fixed it! This was the first time i've run into problems related to cvs_sync; I've been doing them since .80 era pfsense.
I just wanted to warn everyone about the potential pitfalls in doing a cvs_sync past rc1!
