[pfSense Support] Updateing to HEAD

I want to check my changes against a running version of HEAD. I have a 
running RC2 for development. What is the best way to update to HEAD now 
cvs_sync.sh is no more?

Should I just nuke the box and install the developer edition?
If so is cvs_sync still on the developer CD?
