Almost looks to me that the Cisco Switch doesn't recognize the M$ VIP.
Why would pfsense be getting information for something within the same
network...

Sorry the VIP is actually a M$ vip part of their network load balancing,
however I am running 2 PFSense Firewalls for failover and they are CARP
VIPS

What kind of VIP?   If it is ProxyARP can you try CARP?
