Use a different port then if 443 is already in use (webGUI?)

The host is up,
PPTP (not through a proxy) works fine. Here is an attempt with a
direct connect (no proxy). What I keep seeing on the server side is 2
things;
1. I cannot mod the server0.conf, I mod it and the changes don't keep
(I did disable that particulat server before I attempted to mod the
config). Vi doesn't complain but the changes are not there upon
re-examination of the config. I am trying to change the logging to
"verb 9" the client side took this fine. ANy issues with that?
2. The logs I can say tell me that tcp 443 is already in use when I
try to mod the config and restart the server via the web interface.
3. If I killall or kill -HUP the openvpn processes I cannot get them
to restart, where is the script to start it back up again, or attempt?
