In terms of the command that you need to run on bootup, take a look at

thank you for the hint, but the syntax i don't understand right....
<pfsense>

         .
        <proxyarp>
                <proxyarpnet>
                        <network>213.135.2.224/27</network>
                </proxyarpnet>
        <proxyarp/>

</pfsense>

but i get an xml-error in line 902 (last line in xmlfile)
must there be an <range/> in proxyarp...?
