[pfSense Support] Packet Lost

Hi,   I'm using pfsense for authenticate wireless user, using local database. There are 3000 user are registered and sometimes there are 120 people cocurrently connected to 7 AP.    May i know why, according to RRD graph i got packet lost 3 time a weeks. It happend in 1 to 2 hours. Within that time it interupted my user to access to internet.   Thank you
