i have tested the boot options (ata-dma off, acpi off) but not successful;
i have installed a clean FreeBSD 6.1 from CD onto this hardware and it runs without errors;
what is different to pfsense FreeBSD version, mayby the sata controller will not be supported
( Freebsd find it with intel ich6 SATA150 controller in bootlog)
